The T-shirt under a blazer look is beloved by rock stars and fashion models. Whether sported by men or women, it works well as party or clubbing attire. Keep it classy with a plain or patterned T-shirt rather than one displaying slogans or logo. Skinny black or grey jeans add to the hip casual appeal. Women can add high heels for a feminine touch.
